Insurance
I do not take insurance. I will provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider with a Super Bill. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment at the time of service. I can also invoice you through Square and PayPal.
Rates
Fees will be discussed in our initial contact.
VIP days available upon request along with longer and multiple sessions.
Cancellation PolicyIf you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. |
